Our new Minnie Dress arrives in 100% cotton. A wide, square elastic-encased neckline can be shifted on or off the shoulder above long blouson sleeves. The smocked bodice is fitted to the waist and lets out into a full sweep midi-skirt, repetitive shirring and horizontal ruffle details.
